About Hard Rock Rescue...


     I have spent the past few decades in underground and surface metal/non-metal mining in a variety of operations and safety roles from laborer to health and safety manager.
     In 1995 I became a member of the Homestake Mine Rescue Team and have been involved in mine rescue and emergency response ever since as a team member, trainer, coordinator and finishing up my career as the supervisor for the combination full time/part time ERT at the Sanford Underground Research Facility in Lead, SD. I've also enjoyed a parallel career in the Fire-Rescue-EMS  services during this same period and continue to do so.

     Whether your company is the operator or the contractor, involved in exploration, development or production, Hard Rock Rescue offers a variety of mine emergency and safety related consulting and training services for your operations.

     I take a practical, no nonsense approach to mine rescue and emergency response team training  along with emergency response planning and provide your company with a fresh set of experienced eyes and ears to aid your personnel in improving prevention, training, response capabilities and regulatory compliance.
